Let us prepare an estimate for you, that covers the true current market cost of what it costs to rebuild your home, so that you can negotiate with your adjuster, to be entirely made whole.

There are several costs that go into a home building project, from architectural and engineering plans, to permit and school fees, to remediation and construction.

We can lay out all of the associated costs, so that there are no surprises. Then you can assess what you can rebuild, based on your final insurance payout.

Building codes can very technical, and can change what you can rebuild on your lot. Altadena fall sunder L.A. County jurisdiction, which creates an additional layer of complexity.

We can help you assess what's buildable on your lot, incorporating all relevant factors including utility easements, setback requirements, driveway locations, etc.
