Choose from our extensive library of plans, ranging from 1,500 SqFt to 3,000 SqFt, with 1-Story as well as 2-Story designs. We work within your insurance payout budget and lot specifics, to recommend the right design for you.

Have a grand vision that begs to be realized? Want your old home rebuilt, but with a few improvements? If you can dream it, we can build it.
Architectural Design...
We connect you with an experienced architect to design your home, just the way you want it. We understand your vision for style, functionality, and overall cost. Then we design your floor plan layout, exterior look, as well as any specialty items such as landscaping and pool. We are involved through the entire process, to give you real-time feedback on costs and construction timing, so you never feel lost or alone.
Construction Plans & Permits...
Then, we coordinate with multiple other parties to prepare your complete set of plan package-- including a structural engineer, a civil engineer, an energy efficient consultant, a fire sprinkler consultant, and a landscape designer. This plan package is then submitted to the county for review and comments, and we help you address their comments until your plans are fully approved. Finally, this allows us to pull your construction permits.
Home Construction...
Once your home is ready for construction, we'll provide a cost estimate and payment schedule for you. We assign a dedicated project manager and field superintendent to your project, so that you're kept in the loop at all times. We take progress photos for you to see online, so even if you're living somewhere else, you know exactly what's going on.
